Designed and applied business architecture framework for the realisation of the Sky group Strategy. One of the outcomes is the ability to deliver a business design assurance framework that informed low level design and the prioritisation of the business requirements in delivery.

Designed and deployed CMMI framework for the Heathrow Management System. Outcomes were deliverables such as the HMS framework, Capability model and catalogue and the Business Reference model.

Supported the Reform Sustainability team and the Reform transition team in the enhancement of exiting HMCTS LIVE  service and transitioning of new digital services to LIVE. Service includes Help with fees, Online Judgement portal, Evidence Management, Triage & Mediation system.

Designed the Enterprise Process model for SSE Connected Home programme consolidating programme and operations processes including SSE SMART Programme, Digital, back office, home control, energy insight, home services & home support.

Provided Business Architecture and Management consultancy support for the Care Quality Commission (CQC) Transform Our Organisation (TOO) Programme working with Strategic Partners and internal HoF on the Target Operating model design.
